2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

  • Bookings can be made via our website or by contacting us directly at contact@onkeyoffsite.com.

  • Full payment is required to confirm a session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Prices are stated in Euros and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment service providers, including Mollie, Stripe, PayPal, or other payment methods displayed during checkout.

  • On Key Off Site does not directly store customers’ full payment card or bank account details. Payment information is processed by the relevant payment service provider in accordance with its applicable terms and privacy policy.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how we handle it:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 7–13 days in advance may be rescheduled free of charge but are not refundable.

  • Cancellations within 6 days of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed via email.

4. LOCATION & SETUP

  • We come to your office, event space, or chosen venue. If no space is available, we can support you in finding one.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the venue is suitable for a musical group session (adequate space, noise tolerance, access to power outlets, etc.).

  • On Key Off Site provides all necessary equipment for the session, unless otherwise agreed.

5. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

  • No prior singing experience is required.

  • All participants should arrive on time and be ready to engage respectfully and positively.

  • On Key Off Site reserves the right to ask any participant to leave the session if their behavior disrupts the group or compromises the safety or enjoyment of others.

6. USE OF CUSTOM MATERIAL

  • Any custom mashups, arrangements, or materials prepared for your session are intended for use within that session only.

  • Unauthorized recording, reuse, or public distribution of arrangements, coaching materials, or backing tracks without prior written permission is prohibited.

7. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

  • We may occasionally request to take photos or short videos during sessions for promotional use.

  • This will only be done with your team’s written consent in advance. You are free to decline.

8. LIABILITY

  • On Key Off Site is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the session unless caused by proven negligence.

  • Participation is voluntary, and each individual is responsible for their own well-being during the activity.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

  • On Key Off Site is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, illness, public transport strikes, pandemics). In such cases, we will offer to reschedule the session at no additional cost.

10. MEMBERSHIPS (THE QUEER KEYS)

The Queer Keys is a recurring membership offered by On Key Off Site. Membership grants access to choir rehearsals according to the published schedule and to the other membership benefits described on our website. Membership benefits may evolve over time, provided that any changes do not materially reduce the core value of the membership.

10.1 MEMBERSHIP FEES

  • The membership fee is €30 per month, including VAT. Payment is collected automatically each month using the payment method selected during checkout.

10.2 PAYMENT METHODS

  • Membership payments are processed through third-party payment service providers, including Mollie or other providers made available during checkout.

  • Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary.

  • By purchasing a recurring membership, the member authorises recurring payments according to the billing schedule and payment arrangement established during checkout.

    10.3 AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

  • Membership fees are collected automatically on a monthly basis throughout the initial fixed term using the recurring payment method established during checkout.

  • After the initial fixed term, the membership automatically continues for an indefinite period on a monthly basis until cancelled in accordance with Section 10.5.

  • By purchasing the membership, the member agrees to recurring monthly payments in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

10.4 MINIMUM MEMBERSHIP PERIOD

  • The Queer Keys Membership has an initial fixed term of six (6) consecutive months, beginning on the date the membership is purchased.

  • The membership fee of €30, including VAT, is payable monthly throughout this initial fixed term.

  • By purchasing the membership, the member agrees to the six-month initial fixed term and to payment of the monthly membership fee throughout that period.

  • During the initial fixed term, the membership cannot ordinarily be terminated with effect before the end of that period, except where the member has a statutory right to terminate or withdraw from the agreement, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

  • After the initial six-month fixed term, the membership automatically continues on a monthly basis until cancelled in accordance with Section 10.5.

10.5 CANCELLATION

  • Members may have the technical ability to cancel or stop their recurring payment authorization through their online client account or payment interface.

  • Stopping or cancelling the recurring payment authorization does not by itself terminate the membership agreement during the initial six-month fixed term. Membership fees that remain due under the membership agreement remain payable, subject to applicable law.

  • After the initial six-month fixed term, members may cancel the membership online through the available cancellation option in their client account or by contacting contact@onkeyoffsite.com.

  • After the initial fixed term, a notice period of no more than one month applies. Cancellation will take effect no later than the end of that notice period.

  • Once cancellation takes effect, no further membership fees will be charged. Membership fees already paid are not refundable for partial membership periods, except where required by applicable law.

  • Cancelling or not attending an individual rehearsal does not cancel the membership or its recurring payment arrangement.

10.6 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • Consumers who enter into a membership agreement online have a statutory right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of entering into it, without giving a reason, unless an applicable legal exception applies.

  • Members may exercise their right of withdrawal using the withdrawal function available on our website, the model withdrawal form provided by On Key Off Site, or by sending an unambiguous statement of withdrawal to contact@onkeyoffsite.com within the withdrawal period.

  • If a member expressly requests that membership services begin during the 14-day withdrawal period and subsequently exercises the right of withdrawal, On Key Off Site may charge a proportionate amount for services already provided, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  • Statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.

10.7 FAILED PAYMENTS

  • If a recurring payment fails, is reversed, or is charged back, we may attempt to collect the outstanding amount again and may contact the member regarding payment.

  • Membership access may be suspended while payment remains outstanding. Repeated non-payment may result in termination of the membership.

  • Members remain responsible for membership fees validly due under the membership agreement.

10.8 REFUND POLICY

  • Membership fees are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable law or expressly provided for in these Terms & Conditions.

10.9 Membership Benefits

Membership currently includes:

  • Access to choir rehearsals according to the published schedule

  • Priority consideration for performances

  • Access to social gatherings

  • Access to special events

  • WhatsApp community

  • Other member benefits announced during the membership

Benefits may change from time to time.

10.10 Rehearsal Schedule and Cancellations

  • Rehearsals are generally held weekly according to the schedule communicated by The Queer Keys. There may be no rehearsal on public holidays, during scheduled breaks, or on dates announced in advance.

  • Membership provides access to rehearsals according to the published schedule and does not represent the purchase of a fixed number of rehearsals per calendar month.

  • Rehearsal bookings must generally be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time and are subject to availability.

  • On Key Off Site may occasionally cancel, reschedule, or relocate a rehearsal due to illness, venue availability, events, force majeure, or other reasonable operational circumstances. Members will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

  • Occasional changes to the rehearsal schedule do not automatically entitle members to a refund. Where a substantial number of services cannot be provided, any rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.

10.11 SINGLE SESSIONS & SESSION PASSES

  • Where Single Sessions or multi-session passes for The Queer Keys are offered, the applicable price, number of sessions, validity period, and other conditions are displayed at the time of purchase.

  • Rehearsal bookings must generally be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time and are subject to availability.

  • For Single Sessions and session passes, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rehearsal, as well as no-shows, may be counted as a used session.

  • Unused sessions cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated or agreed.

  • Cancelling a rehearsal booking does not cancel a membership or recurring payment arrangement.

10.12 Right to Refuse or Terminate Membership

On Key Off Site reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership in cases of:

  • abusive or discriminatory behaviour;

  • repeated disruption of rehearsals;

  • violation of these Terms & Conditions;

  • non-payment.

Any remaining paid membership period will only be refunded where required by law.

10.13 Changes to Membership Fees

  • On Key Off Site may adjust the membership fee from time to time.

  • Members will be informed of any price increase at least 30 days before it takes effect.

  • Any price increase will only apply to future billing periods and will not affect payments already made.

  • Where required by applicable law, members will have the right to cancel the membership before the new price takes effect.

10.14 Changes to these Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

  • The latest version will always be published on this website.
